Service Agreement Terms

By submitting this application, you agree to the following:


1. Service Commitment: Services provided by Warm Springs Telecommunications Company (WSTC) are subject to availability and technical feasibility at the requested service address.


2. Credit Authorization: I authorize WSTC to obtain consumer credit reports and verify other information to determine eligibility for service. I understand that a deposit may be required based on credit history.


3. Installation: The free fiber optic drop installation is a limited-time promotional offer. Standard installation terms apply. Customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property and providing any necessary landlord permissions.


4. Service Terms: Service is provided according to WSTC's Service Agreement, Terms of Service, and Acceptable Use Policy available at www.wstel.com. Monthly charges apply after installation.


5. Equipment: WSTC equipment must be returned upon service termination. Customer is responsible for any unreturned or damaged equipment.


6. Cancellation: Early termination fees may apply. Please refer to the complete Service Agreement for details.


7. Privacy: Your information will be used in accordance with WSTC's Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.
